As digital marketing becomes increasingly saturated, direct mail is proving to be more effective than ever. Unlike emails and social media ads that often get ignored or lost in the noise, direct mail delivers a tangible, personalized experience that captures attention and fosters engagement. Consumers are more likely to trust and remember physical mail, making it a valuable tool for businesses looking to stand out.
Recent data highlights its strong return on investment, with an average ROI of 30%—and some studies showing figures as high as 85% to 112%, outperforming many digital channels. The physical nature of direct mail creates a lasting impression, leading to higher response rates and stronger customer connections. Businesses can leverage this advantage to drive sales, enhance brand recognition, and build customer loyalty in an increasingly digital world.
In 2025, as companies look for new ways to break through the digital clutter, direct mail remains a strategic and effective marketing tool that delivers real results.

Reaching the right audience is key to successful marketing, and Postal Code Targeting allows businesses to focus their efforts precisely where they matter most. By identifying postal codes that align with your ideal customer profile, this tool helps you connect with high-potential prospects, expand into new markets, and optimize your marketing budget by avoiding unnecessary outreach to existing customers.
Unlike mass mailing campaigns, Postal Code Targeting ensures that your message reaches households most likely to engage with your brand. Whether you’re a retailer looking to acquire new customers, a real estate agency targeting specific neighborhoods, or a non-profit aiming to increase donor engagement in untapped areas, this tool provides a strategic approach to audience segmentation.
By analyzing geographic, demographic, and behavioral data, Postal Code Targeting allows businesses to refine their outreach, improve response rates, and drive higher conversions. It’s an ideal solution for brands that want to maximize their marketing efficiency while minimizing wasted resources.

Financial institutions rely on Personalized Mail™ for account statements and promotions, while non-profits use it to acquire new donors and keep existing supporters engaged. Retailers, subscription-based services, and healthcare providers also benefit from its ability to build strong, lasting relationships with their customers.
Companies can use their own customer database or rent a targeted mailing list to reach new prospects, ensuring that messages land in the hands of the right audience. With higher open and response rates compared to digital channels, Personalized Mail™ remains a trusted marketing tool that enhances brand loyalty and drives conversions.

CAD & eProject Manager
When you meet Bruce you automatically know he is a seasoned professional in the reprographics industry. Starting out as a driver for Hughes Owens Printing in 1978, he eventually transitioned to Trimen Blueprinting where he acted as a reprographics technician for 13 years. With the onset of the digital era in 2000, TR Trades hired Bruce as CAD Manager. Since then he has been an invaluable asset to the company and anyone who has questions regarding CAD plotting. When Bruce is not overseeing others in the CAD department, he spends countless hours troubleshooting client issues, unearthing customer print errors, and providing eProject software support. He is regularly looked to for printing advice by both coworkers and clients.
Bruce is also well versed in troubleshooting onsite issues and participating in client presentations, having assisted Carla and TR sales staff in many client meetings. If you’re looking for a history lesson on the print industry or if you want to optimize your drawings for print, you’ll want to call on Bruce. Many may not know, but Bruce is a musician at heart! He originally studied engineering and math, eventually realizing it was not the career path he wished to pursue. Following this, Bruce went on to complete both a music program and a piano technician program through Douglas College. During his spare time, you’ll find him creating music or acting as a vocalist in several bands. When he is not playing the guitar and recording music, you can find Bruce tinkering around on one of his computers or watching hockey.
